Rally Navigation Training

Why train? Two big reasons, one training will help shortern the learning curve and help increase the chances of success. Secondly the more you know and the more you understand the more fun you will have.

Rallying is a hobby and should be fun, but that doesn’t stop the natural desire to do well. Achieve both fun and success through engaging in informative, fun and interactive online webinars.

Training sessions hosted by Graham Raeburn, a leading navigator who has had success in many branches of the sport as both a competitor and organiser. Graham is currently CLO (Competitor Liasion Officer) on the Tour of Cheshire and Three Castles Rally which both include Graham giving pre-event training sessions to the competitors.

A very enjoyable weekend on the East Anglian Classic, even if the result wasn't quite what we'd hoped for.Unfortunately, we started the event five minutes late following some pre-event car troubles, which made recovering lost time a challenge. However, the biggest takeaway from the weekend was simple: know good mechanics and make friends with them!A huge thank you to Rob Kitchen and Jamie Turner for helping diagnose the issue and getting the car running again. Without their support, we may not even have made it to the start line, let alone enjoyed the event.Once underway, we had a fantastic time tackling the excellent tests and regularities laid on by Chelmsford Motor Club. Credit to the organisers, marshals and volunteers for putting together another enjoyable event. Now it's time to start preparing for the next one! ... See MoreSee Less

Not all of my training is focused on rally navigation. I'm also regularly asked to support organisers with various aspects of rally event planning and administration.Today, I delivered a webinar for a customer looking to develop their understanding of rally roadbook creation. Together, we explored best practices, discussed the challenges involved, and worked through practical solutions to help them produce the roadbooks their event requires.Whether it's training competitors, supporting organisers, or helping develop event documentation, it's always rewarding to share experience and help make rallies run more effectively.Supporting organisers. Sharing knowledge. Building better rallies.#RallyOrganising #Roadbooks #MotorsportTraining #RallyNavigation #MotorsportEvents #RallyTraining ... See MoreSee Less

It's that time of year again! 🚗📍I'm heading to Llandudno for the week to take on the role of Competitor Liaison Officer for the Three Castles Trial.Looking forward to a fantastic week of competitive rallying, catching up with old friends, making plenty of new ones, and helping competitors get the very best from the event. It's always especially rewarding to meet so many of the crews who joined my pre-event training webinars and see them putting their skills into practice out on the road.Safe travels to everyone taking part, and here's to a memorable week of rallying in some stunning scenery! ...
